Nepali female boxer Susma Tamang won the silver Medal at Asian Boxing Championship in Thailand

Sushma Tamang, a female boxer from Nepal, qualified for the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships in India after winning a silver medal in the women's 48 kg weight division at the ASBC Asian U22 Women's and Men's Boxing Championship in Thailand.

The Nepal Boxing Association announced that Tamang would be chosen directly for the World Championship.The association stated in a press release that the selection would take place from February 7 to February 9 in various weight categories.
